i was frustrated with a few things . the phone in my room didn't work i tried to call the front desk multiple times but no one answered. this made it difficult to request basic services or report issues. also the in-room safe was not functioning i had to carry my valuables with me at all times which was inconvenient and stressful.

Location was superb. It made exploring so easy. Staff provided efficient and helpful service. The hotel offered quick access to public transportation. It also stands close to many attractions I planned to visit.

Some hallways showed signs of wear, such as slightly frayed carpet.

relaxed spacemodern bathroom

i found the club lounge access quite convenient. it offered a relaxed space with complimentary refreshments. the room was spacious and included a modern bathroom with a large bathtub i appreciated.

The tv remote was a bit worn and navigation was difficult. But it wasn't a big deal.
